DELIVERY
Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next possible working day. We advise that this is taken into account when choosing your delivery method if you need to receive your delivery rapidly.
Parcels may require a signature. A card will be left if there is no one at home. A delivery address can be specified if you know you won't be in to sign for your order.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery (Mainland UK only)- Order By 19th December for Christmas Delivery
Royal Mail packet post or Parcel Force, up to 5 working days from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). £4.95.
Express Delivery (Mainland UK only)- Order By Noon 20th December for Christmas Delivery
Parcel Force 48 hour or equivalent service. 2 working days from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). £5.95
Not available for deliveries to UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK only)- Order By Noon 21st December for Christmas Delivery
Parcel Force 24 hour or equivalent service. 1 working day from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). Orders must be placed before 2pm. £6.95
Not available for deliveries to UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
Non-Mainland UK Delivery (up to a maximum of 7-10 working days)- Order by 19th December for Christmas Delivery
For deliveries to UK islands (such as the Isle of Man), the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. The delivery method chosen may vary according to the precise destination- but we try to choose the most efficient method possible. £14.95
European Delivery Band 1 £19.95-Order by 16th December for Christmas Delivery
Parcel Force Worldwide Euro Priority. Available for the following countries; Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands. Up to 5 working days.
European Delivery Band 2 £34.95-Order by 16th December for Christmas Delivery
Parcel Force Worldwide Euro Priority. Available for the following countries; Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden. Up to 5 working days
N.B. Please note that the current free standard delivery offer for orders £70 or over cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Free standard delivery equates to the £4.95 service detailed above and can be used for UK orders only.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within the above specified time frames when exceptional circumstances apply- for example severe weather which may affect the ability of courier services to deliver/collect on time. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, traffic delays, transport failure, mechanical breakdowns, strikes or other industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CANCELLATIONS
In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please email mailorder@tog24.com detailing your wish to cancel the order, your order number, and your name and address- or write to TOG 24 Mail Order, Mileta Sports Ltd, Spen Vale Mills, Station Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0BR. You must return any goods you have received to us at the above address as soon as possible, following the instructions on your invoice. The cost of the item(s) purchased and the cost of sending your order to you will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. You will however need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us as per our returns policy detailed below.
RETURNS POLICY
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY- CUSTOMERS BUYING ITEMS AS GIFTS FROM 1ST DECEMBER ONWARDS WILL HAVE UNTIL 11TH JANUARY 2012 TO RETURN THE GOODS TO US IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INFORMATION BELOW, OR THE STANDARD RETURNS DEADLINE BELOW (WHICHEVER IS LONGER).
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from tog24.com you can return them to us at our registered address below in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, or of goods returned within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods).
Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us at your cost following the instructions printed on the invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as TOG 24 cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.
In the case of goods thought to be faulty we will either repair, replace, re-proof, or credit at our discretion when a product is found to be imperfect.
Please note that we handle returns as soon as they arrive, but this process can take up to 15 working days during very busy periods.
